Roads are an important part of any city infrastructure. But many of them are in an awful state!
People all over the world started attracting the attention of authorities by planting flowers inside holes on the roads. Some say that it is not helping and that it's even dangerous, but at least it makes more and more people, including those in power, talk about the problem.
