Just finished reading those scanned pages on fasting that you shared with me.
Extremely fascinating.

I can't wait to turn into somebody with not just a healthy build but also a healthy body and mind.

Not sure if I'm gonna go for the snake juice diet or moderate fasting but I will make sure to keep you updated.
