Today I finally started going to the gym again and I’m really excited because I will be working out every day for the entire month :DD

I really am an enthusiastic gym- goer!
I spend 5 days a week for around 3 hours each day.
I think going to the gym everyday will be a bit too much though, don't push yourself too hard!
