What is fear (What is Fear) :

Fear is such a lie that we feel like a true one. Actually there is no existence of fear, it is only a false created by our Mind which is false, which we think is truth, but in real it does not always come true. Fear is a 100% Imaginary Thing, which has nothing to do with Real Life. Now the thing to think about is that why we are so disturbed by something which is not real. So remove it from your mind now that fear can spoil you. The thing which is not in real, it can not do anything to harm you.

There are so many fears in our mind that they are coming from somewhere. Most of the fears come from our home or relatives only - do not do this, it will happen. If you do that, then this will harm it. Many things are taught from childhood, which slowly starts to frighten or fear in us, whereas in reality, nothing happens.

Fear is an Imaginary Thing but the point here to note is that we have to understand the difference between FEAR and DANGER - "We are afraid of putting ourselves in the fire" because it is a danger, it is right to be like this. But fear that "I can not fail in the future" is an Imaginary Thing, there is no reality in it.

Now we know that fear or fear is not real. And when it is not real, then victory over fear can also be obtained very easily. You can achieve big goals (Goal). Keep in mind that inspiration can also be gained for success by fear because of--

Write down the profit & loss of Fear :

One way to escape fear is to take a paper and pen and write about it in two parts about the work you are afraid of. Write the benefits of doing the work in the first part and write in the other part that if you did not do that work due to fear, what would be the harm?
In this way, make a list of "the benefits of doing that work" and "loss of not doing that work". Count the advantages and disadvantages later on. Now if the benefits are high then it will motivate you that you do that work and accept the fact that your fatigue will scare you. This method of Profit & Loss is adopted today very much.

Know the cause of fear and remove it :

This method of removing fear is also very good because in this way we cut the root of fear. When his root gets dry, then fear does not flourish and he has to run.Whenever you fear any form of fear, first of all try to know what is the reason for that fear (What is the reason of fear). Once you know the reason for fear then now you have to remove that reason. Due to the distraction the fear will run away.

Believe if you face the fear, you will be afraid to run because it is imaginary and you are real. It is said that victory is ahead of fear, it is said right because it can be overcome by facing fear, and then you can go ahead and win.
For example, if you are going somewhere on your bike and there is a strange sound coming from the bike, and hearing this sound you feared that what would happen if the bike got worse on the way. Immediately know the reason for this fear. The reason for this fear is the sound coming from your bike. For this, you can stop at any bike repair shop coming in the way and go ahead and correct it. Fear of fear will also run away fear.

Use Imagination Therapy to overcome Fear :

Imagination Therapy can help you very much if you are afraid of doing any work. Suppose you are scared of water, then sit comfortably in one place for this and imagine imagining that you are floating in a very big ocean, you are happy and diving in and out of the water Are coming.

Imagine doing this will lessen your fear of water and you can enjoy swimming in the water comfortably. Similarly, if you are scared to speak in front of the crowd, then imagine it again and again that you are speaking very confidently in front of a crowd of millions and people are impressing you, this will reduce your fears.

Do new tasks and bring new changes in life :

You can not be afraid of life anytime, for this you can be prepared already. We are more afraid of doing any work that we have never done in our life. We are afraid of doing new work because we think that if this work is not done properly then what will happen? Such fears are not real and if they are not removed with time, then they continue to grow.

The best way to avoid such fear is by applying the habit of doing new things in your life. Start with small tasks. Every new task you do will reduce the possibilities of fear in your life and you will be able to do every new task very easily by being Fearless. Similarly, changes in life are also very important. Some people are afraid of change. It is best that you make some changes every month in your daily routine so that the fear of change does not hurt you.

Always try to Be positive, Healthy and Confident :

Always remember that fear scares the person who is very scared of him. Fear is very scared of a person who has a negative thinking. At the same time, those who have self confidence in themselves, they fear their best friend. The absence of our health also opens the way to fear. So, if you want to fear that fear is away from you, then Positive thinking should be your friend. With this, your work will also be corrected in a positive way so that your confidence will also increase.

Also, keep in mind that a healthy mind can be inhabited in a healthy body and can be thought positively by a healthy mind. That is why you should be healthy to run away from fear. The person who is healthy, thinks well and is self-confident, fears from him immediately gets away.

Do your favorite tasks to overcome fear :

Your favorite activities you do make your fear very far away. If you like listening to music then listen to some good music. If you like video games then play it for a while.

If you like any work, if you are afraid of doing that work then your fear will run away.
