Wonderful! I was just thinking about juicing again and lo and behold, I saw your post! What do you think about green smoothies? As much I like green smoothies, I beginning to think it's too high in sugar and given I want to lose weight and get rid of my sugar cravings, perhaps I should lay off the fruit. I've read juicing is better as it gives you very absorbable nutrients. Do you drink it for breakfast? Is it low in sugar?

Thank you @victoriacalloway for your comment. Juicing is how you get the maximum nutrients without too much fiber. I have juice for lunch usually. We still need fruits in life and those are the only one I take maybe except one banana per day after exercising. This kind of juice enabled me too lose 8 kgs in 8 months.
