Nigerians do not deserve a good leader

in #life6 years ago

To the good Nigerians out there, my prayer is that you get all that you need to find a home in a better place far far away from here except they decide to stay and allow the bad guys implicate them

And to the rest, many more years of bad leadership.

A good leader won't save this dear country because where ever people find themselves in places of authority, they tend to exercise it negatively and oppress those at their mercy.

Yesterday In Lagos there was a serious downpour and whenever it rains like that, there's always serious gridlock coupled with a hike in fares.

So yesterday, I got to the tricycle park and I met this long queue which I joined thinking it was going to eventually get to my turn but guess what happened, the tricycle riders would abandon the queue and stop where people would have to struggle to get in.
It was freaking annoying plus the fare was double the price.

I was wet, cold, stood for over two hours alongside the many others that just wanted the episode to be over, up until a kind woman offered to up us halfway through the journey.

The other places I had to get a vehicle home had the same challenge of riders increasing fare and being particularly greedy for more gain.

I can understand the gridlock might make the fare a little expensive but how about the places that the road was free.

People were wet, tired, it was late and all some people could bother about was making extra profit...

So tell me how the country would be better with people at the grassroot behaving like this.

Las Las we go dey alright

@vheobong, I understand your pain. Finally, you are seeing it form my own point of view. The leaders up there aren't helping matters, same with the down lines. Who will rise up to bring the change when, the people aren't putting up a fight.. Dis country is fucked up

The downlines are doing worse and it's everywhere.
In schools, work place, on the road, it's just appalling

Lol, it's really appalling.. Any opportunity Nigerians get to cheat others, they grab it with both hands irrespective of the situation.. We go dey alright

No where to run to anymore
