Ginger is one of the most healthiest spices available on this planet.it is a flowering plant that originated from china. it's packed with many nutrients and bio active compounds which have very powerful benefits in mind and body today via this blog I will present you some of the extraordinary benefits of eating ginger.

gingerol is a substance present in ginger which possesses powerful medicinal properties
traditionally it is used to foght nausea, common cold, flu and it also improves digestion. it gives ginger a unique fragrance.

Sugar2tsp
Salta pinch

In a glass, mix lemon juice, salt and sugar. Crush ginger well . Add to the juice. Add required chill water. Stir well and garnish with lemon slice
