Your Emotions are your Body and your Body is your Temple

I'm just writing a quick little article to remind you all lovely people the importance of keeping a balanced head, or in other words, balanced emotions.

I'm well aware that almost nobody is aware of how much damage excess emotions do on the Body. Actually, if people lived in a balanced state of emotion, the Avg. Life spam would be almost tripled.

Yeah, yeah, I know... This sounds cheesy, so here's a simple picture that explains it all in a few snaps.

So now you know.

It is understandable that all the heat waves are generated by huge reactions within the cells, so you can only think about how much random stuff goes around on a cellular level.

Organs, tissues, glans etc.... Everything gets effeted, mainly for the worse.

People tend to shift moods like washing machines these days, so I decided to pop this short article to tell you all that Emotions are part of your body too. They have the ability to create even bigger chemical reactions within the body than most common medicine. So keeping a leveled head is always a good thing to strive for.

Reacting to Emotions of either polarity keeps an individual trapped in their own mind. This makes it as if you are being attacked or that you’re not in total control of your own destiny.

Very cool post, thanks for sharing. I am an emotionally sensitive person so this speaks to me directly. My own emotions are strong and I can often sense other people's emotions as well, which can be overwhelming. It definitely requires some skills and coping mechanisms to gain control of these feelings, especially in the moment. ❤ Followed, Resteemed, & Upvoted ❤

That's true.

Great post. I think overtime we have been so programmed "to put your feeling aside" and never really honouring emotions (good or bad) like we should in a healthy way. It absolutely is a bigger part of our overall wellbeing than it has been made out to be.
