Our elder advise us that once the time has gone, it will never return back. It often happens that’s we do not pay much attention to their things what they are telling to us. But as soon as we experienced the life, we begin to appreciate the time because the experience we got from life teaches us things in life that we have never learned from anyone. This is a real inspiration which we are getting from life.

Every movement of time is very important and in which way we are going to spend every movement. We should respect to a time at the same time, we should spend as much time as we need. The advantage of this will be that you will not waste extra time. You will have got an experience of how much time to be spend for a particular task. We must always remember that “the time does not wait for anyone”.
 If you want to know importance of 1 year, than ask to a student who just fail in an exam.
 To realize the value of 1 month, than ask mother who lost their child in final month.
 To realize the value of 1 week, than ask the editor of an online magazine.
 To realize the value of 1 hour, ask the couple whose in an long distance relationship.
 To realize the value of 1 minute, ask the person who just missed a bus, train or plane.
 To realize the value of 1 second, ask the person who just missed an accident.
 To realize the value of a millisecond, ask the person who just came 2nd at the Olympics.

Looks bizarre when we think about time but when we pass time than it seem very simple. Nobody is powerful from time and nobody has control over it. Time is said to be the most powerful because it will never return back when only single movement passed. Now we should see how to use time so we get good result. Look, god give us equal 24 hours a day whether we are rich or poor as well black or white he did not discriminate with anyone. Now it depend to us that how we use our time

1. Work which is important as well as urgent
2. Work which is important but less urgent
3. Work which is urgent but less important
4. Work which is less important as well as urgent

1. Work which is important as well as urgent
   The task that we complete soon come in this list. Always give first priority to urgent as well as important work because it is so important just like to fuel our car, pay electricity bill. If we do not make the list according to rules, then our work can go on growing. Therefore it is very important to make a list of your work according to rules so that later you do have to face any problem in future. You will have to do this work right now because it is an important as well as urgent.

2. Work which is important but less urgent
   Whatever the work in this list is important but less urgent like what is important to us in our life. This is a list of decision making in which we have to take a decision because in this list work is important but it is not urgent now, so we have to take a decision. What happens to many times that we delay to this list due to which we may have trouble in the future. Sometime this work becomes urgent because of not paying attention toward it. It does all the work that you need to do because it is important but if you do not do it right now , there is no problem.

3. Work which is urgent but less important
   It include all the work that is urgent, but it is less important. If someone tell you some work which is not important for you but it is urgent. It is necessary to do these work because these are urgent but it not an important at that time.

4. Work which is less important as well urgent
   It include all work which is neither important nor urgent like gossiping with friends and watching serials for long time. This is all the work which if we do even a few days later then there is no problem.
