What do I do with extra tomatoes?
I figure there are 2 camps among tomato growers:
- Those that can whatever they grow.
- Those who try to give away what they can't use.
I want to keep all that I grow, but I don't grow enough to can them.
These will keep for at least a year.
Gammy adds them to whatever red sauce she's whipping up. They do tend to darken the sauce a bit, though.
