Let things happen

Allow means being receptive, relaxing, not to act, not act to give a direction to the events. This is one of the biggest challenges for us, human beings, who have been conditioned to action, without which - told us -nothing can win.

If so, there is no point in be grieving. The wisest course is to develop the art of acceptance, and flow with what happens in a relaxed way, answering each event at the exact moment it occurs.

This is an essential learning in the evolutionary journey of the human being because, when wanting to determine the consequences of all our actions, we can only extend the suffering and dissatisfaction.

Relaxing is not a simple matter; is one of the most complex phenomena, because all that was taught in tension, anxiety.
