I CANNOT STAND MY BROTHER

SITUATION
Well this is something complicated. What happens is that for a long time I have not gotten along with one of my brothers. He is irresponsible and crazy because of the use of drugs. He is one of those unbearable people. It even bothers me outside of my room. He says crazy things behind my door and stays there when I'm at home. Anyway, it makes my life miserable bothering me all the time. What can I do in this situation? My mother does not do anything, she just gives him money. HELP.
