The simplest way to get powdered silver -
A jewellers stone - this black fine stone is an easy way to grind off some AG
Locate your least liked 9999 coin to sacrifce
Take edge of coin and with brisk sanding movements rub that coins edge into the stone - about 15 seconds should do -
not much silver is needed -
Take your tooth brush (slightly wetted)rub of with the brush the silver powder left on the stone and then rub off some of the activated charcoal, then insert and brush - the other part about how to brush I think you can do yourself

If you do not have a jewellers stone don't work this can almost be done with any fine sandy finish rock - see photo
the silver is harder to see on the rock because its light in color, but its there

the amount you see on the stone is the amount I use

You can also first rub off silver powder than add activated charcoal right on top, finally clean off with your toothbrush

Btw, thats not the real toothbrush i use for brushing - that one I use for cleaning silver - it was laying around so I used it for an example
