Fault Finder or Fault Mender

when it comes to faults, there are two types of people in the world. The first type go round finding faults in every thing whether it be people or things. The second type go round fixing faults. There are rarely vocal. If they have to speak to the person concerned privately where are you - a fault finder or a fault mender?
