I already started just Google "ackza steemit city of San Diego eos" you'll find it .. has an EOS logo and city of San Diego seal... my plan is the best... stake based voting... all San Diego residents get a chance to upvote or downvote a new law a new proposition and voters will get to participate in creating new proposals instead or just voting... the idea is all there its common sense it will end all taxation and make the city MORE money WAY more with a crypto faucet and LOCAL SMT (smart media token its for steem )
