1 Cup Semolina (Sooji)
1/2 Cup Yogurt
1.5 Cups Water
Salt

1 Tbsp Oil ( I prefer coconut oil)
1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
1 Tsp Sesame seeds
Green chillies
1/2 Tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Cup Finely Chopped Bell Pepper
Finely Chopped Cilantro leaves
1 Tsp of Fruit Salt (Eno brand)
Juice of Quarter lemon
