Thank you for reading. Yes I think it's a big issue nowadays. That would be the whole point of camping and going out to the nature. We might even feel a bit clearer after a weekend without being online I mean our minds. I saw a video about a boy gave his phone to his teacher to lock it away. He wanted to try to live without it. He said it was hard, but he did it. He had loads of messages, missed calls and notifications after two days.
