Since I've started observing my thoughts, I became a different person. I'm more up for taking up challanges because I know I will improve from my experience. And I started to leave my comfort zone much more, which helps me to become the best version of my self everyday.
YES! We can control what happens to us, but we can control how we see it, how we process it, how we use it... and there is so much freedom and empowerment in that!
