Who says you can't eat well, healthy and in style at Coles? ;) ---> Shopping Experience At Coles Australia

It just hit me the other day when I was shopping at Coles. This is quite a great place actually! I can get a whole roasted chicken for $10 or decent size roasted lamb for $15. Yummy licious pastries, cookies and cakes about melting moments, Chocolate Nutty Hazel cookies and good old butter cake. Their prices are always competitive and produce well and freshly stocked.

I've had those lazy days where I just purchased some cooked roast meat and salad and Voola! a fantastic meal in no time! Just the other day I was feeling creative and bought myself a pack of minced beef meat (<AUD12!) and made Thai Beef Bolognese penne pasta at home. A spponful of tumeric powder, some paprika spices, lots of brown onions and lastly a smash of Thai green curry sauce added with some lime juice and zest the dish.

Who says you can't eat well, healthy and in style at Coles? ;)
