• Vocabulary selection: The employee's careful selection of his vocabulary . He must avoid other people's faults and avoid bad morals, such as gossip and absenteeism, because these things lead to the total destruction of the employee. [4]

• Attention to decent appearance: employee is keen to pay attention to appear in a salary, which contributes to the delivery of a positive image of it, and leave a good impression and good in other individuals. [5]

• The worker must maintain the professional secrets of the establishment or work, especially the nature of the materials produced by the worker directly or indirectly.
