Evil anarchists grab their guns and provide food, clothing, and shelter to the homeless! NO!!!!
This kind of thing is why I found anarchism.
What kind of ##$&*(&% system steals the tents of those without homes and then fines and jails people for sleeping in public, feeding those who need it the most, and generally helping those who are in serious need of help.
Don't Comply is a group of ANARCHISTS and SCOFFLAWS that grabs their guns and makes sure that cops don't come interrupt them in their TERRIBLE acts of providing food, shelter, and clothing to those who need it most.
Somehow I think we need more anarchists and scofflaws and less under worked and over paid government parasites in our society. Maybe it's just me.
It's definetly NOT just you thinking this way. I can't tell you how many times I was reminded by an authority figure that I couldn't sleep where I was. We definitely need to address some of the core inequalities in our society if we're ever going to really be "democratic" (which is in itself a joke in the current paradigm)
You need to remember who YOU are. These statist #)($#$ have no right to tell you where you can or cannot sleep.
its crazy I read this post that on steemit that they were making it illegal in many states not to feed the homeless after more reseach I found out it is true.... what is happening to america? great post and still watching the video. upvoted and resteemed.
These men are heroes. In the town where I used to live, the police would bust up homeless camps multiple times a month, sometimes as often as twice a week or more. People would have as little as 1-2 hours to remove their belongings before they would be slashed or burned. That warning included people who weren't even on site because they were flying signs or doing who knows what elsewhere.
What many people do not understand is that a lot of the homeless do not have any real choice. There are not nearly enough shelters and many are unable to rent even the nastiest apartments or trailers because they have criminal records, often for victimless crimes involving drugs. So they can't rent, they can't camp..... what are they supposed to do?
It makes me angry that more Americans aren't outraged by this. The statistics show that any number of citizens are one or two paychecks away from being on the streets themselves. Surely they wouldn't want to be treated this way, so why tolerate it when done to others?
This sort of law also violates all kinds of rights, both natural and constitutional, and not just those of the homeless people. Just for sake of example, for anybody's who's a Christian, the Bible commands us repeatedly to feed and care for the poor. Preventing a person from doing so is interfering with their free exercise of religion. Or what about the freedom of assembly?
