Series & a photo: hitch hiking travelogue pg21
It is warm and cozy out here under the fluffy comforter that I have been given to sleep with. There are cats all around that are already trying to stake their claim around my legs. This place is almost quieter than where my camp is still set up, though there is the occasional POP of some fireworks going off in the air, the fiddling of crickets, drops of rain are now so slow that the drips from the eaves of the house and the leaves of trees are more noticeable.
My journal got slightly soaked on the trip here today in the pouring rain. God knows what place I would be in if it weren't for meeting Suzy and seeing the promise of great forward-moving strides. Maybe there is beekeeping in New Mexico. . . I feel this is the right way.
But whatever happened to home? It seems that people back home have come to terms with what I am doing out here. Maybe my family really trusts me and they keep telling me how they are reaping great benefit from what i am doing. I have to keep on even though my current state is trying to pull me back to the comforts of home. I love it all so much.
I guess it all goes to show you that there may well be some greater plan or order to things in the universe. Then again, some might claim that these things are just beautiful coincidences that are happening to me, and others still would have all their greater or lesser names and reasons for what is going on. All that one can do in my situation is have hope, or better yet, faith that there is some divine pattern or flow that is accessible to us all.
