Whoops? You just tapped an interest of mine. I need to take up the tea suggestion; have been too lazy, honestly LOL. I already take Sentrum every morning, so maybe I'll have to throw a probiotic on top of that as well (Will go to Cambridge Naturals, a naturals store near me, and ask for recommendations). What sort of plants would you recommend for natural filtration of the air around you? Love nature, but I don't think she likes me. Every single plant that's been in my possession seems to die prematurely. Need to get a green thumb.

You could use: Peace Lily,Aloe Vera plant,Snake plant or English Ivy. My wife has the same problem with plants dying prematurely LOL, but seriously, you should get one of these plants. They will not die,just sing or talk to them,play them some classical music once in a while...this should do the trick. For any further help,do not hesitate to ask.
