This motorist was stopped by the highway traffic cops and was found at faulty his tail lamp was damaged.The cops initially requested a fine of $20 dollars and told the dude that if he did not want to pay the fine he should bribe them and off he goes.The motorist refused , and in retaliation they increased the fine to $50 !!! from $20 we talking about 50 US dollars.
The sick part is that the cops are even acknowledging that they wanted a bribe,they are not even embarrased about what they are doing.
Where are we going as a country if things like this are happening under our nose??

Unfortunately, this sort of thing is usually indicative of a dysfunctional political and legal system. In the US, we hide our corruption.
