Welcome to the Steemit community. I hope you enjoy your time with us. That's a bummer that all your hard work may not reap the rewards expected. I hope they come up with some guidelines for you soon. If not maybe they'll completely redo it so you don't have to train in all 6 areas. If the industry wants specialists. They'll get specialists. The rest of the business will have to change with them. I hope it does and makes it better for you.
Thanks for the reply, so far I have been very impressed with the community on steemit and everyone seems very helpful, yeah I feel that the TV and Film industry will now look at the bigger picture and source people directly from their discipline from now on, just gotta keep training and fingers crossed that all will become clear very soon, regards, Leon
