I can completely agree with you on all accounts! I stopped using Facebook about 10 months ago. It is a double edged sword. You get presented the lives of people whom sometimes you don't care about, and we fall victim to comparing ourselves if we feel our life doesn't measure up. Since my Facebook cleanse I've noticed that I'm more present and appreciative of those people who do reach out to me on holidays and when the are aware of milestones that occurred in my life.
