Great advice @eastytyga! Memory is about living in the past, and past is always painful because if it was good and you are reminiscing, then it's probably gone now, and if it was bad and your thinking about it, then your just ruminating, which also causes distress. So by focusing one's presence on what is happening today is the best way to forget about the past!
