The five highly recommended by @thomasawa 02/08/2018
A Book
The Telomere Effect, Elizabeth Blackburn y Elisa Epel
(Hachette Book Group, 2017)
Written by the Nobel Prize in Medicine or Physiology (2009) Elizabeth Blackburn and by the psychologist and collaborator of Blackburn for years, Elisa Epel.
What telomeres are and how they determine the speed at which we age and the way we get older (healthy or sick). He uses numerous practical examples and gives recommendations of life habits based on the latest scientific discoveries, things that according to Blackburn are "totally doable, and free" ("feasible and free")
A Series
Mr. Robot, Rami Malek/Carly Chaikin/Portia Doubleday/Martin Wallström/Christian Slater, Created by Sam Esmail
US, 2015
The protagonist is a cybersecurity engineer and hacker, hermit who suffers from social anxiety disorder and clinical depression. Until he is recruited by an insurrectionary anarchist known as "Mr. Robot"
Extremely current and you will see certain similarities that are happening very close to us.
A Movie
Intouchables, French film directed by Olivier Nakache and Éric Toledano
Gaumont Film Company, 2011
I wanted with this film to cut the darkness a little and I pushed it back.
For those who did not see it yet, the film deals with the relationship between two totally opposite characters and coming from totally different worlds. One, Driss, of origin, lives in a working class neighborhood of Paris, with a criminal record, shameless, amusing and even irrational. The other, Phillippe, a rich quadriplegic cult and very little spontaneous, who needs a personal assistant.
The two worlds collide, but with time one feeds on the good of the other and vice versa.
A Band
Radiohead - In Rainbows - From the Basement
From The Basement, 2008
I went back to the darkness.
For RADIOHEAD lovers and those who do not, I attach this video below. Speechless. A masterpiece. To play and enjoy!
A song
We all have a naive part and we even like several songs that we are ashamed to say that we listen to it.
This is the moment when I lose my north, but I do not care.
The original version is already an incredible subject, but this version has a "I do not know what"
I hope you enjoy the 5 weekly and I want to know if I'm so bad that I like this song too.
To vent off Steemians!
All the criticisms and comments are welcome.
Thank you for being on the other side, which is actually being the same.
