MY CROOKED TEETH AND I

Just a reminder to smile if you have the grill to do so.
I do as well, but my smile is not worthy of being seen, for I have a crooked smile.
As catch myself forcing my mouth shut when in public view. I am very used to hiding my laughter and happiness. I hate it.
I feel sorry for my girlfriend for tolerating such ugliness. I chalk it up to it being how I am as a person, I suppose compensates for it. (She's an angel, so that could be why as well.)

My point is, enjoy what little you have, because what you take for granted, someone like me would kill (not really) for.
We smile with love, even if it's ugly on the surface.
