How on earth do we get through our active days? WITH A TO-DO LIST!!! It's amazing how well our days flow when we spend the time preparing a list of what needs to be accomplished the next day. Beyond the regular activity list, there are so many other important mind, body, and soul lists that could be included. Regardless of the content, try building a list each night and I believe you'd be surprised by how wonderful the following day would be.
