These are all great tips! If you're able quit smoking without any help then it's always good to replace the habit with something else that you might enjoy.. it doesn't have to be the exact same time as when you would smoke a cigarette, but I feel like exercising, any kind of classes you could take or things that just distract you from thinking about smoking will help you! :)
I've heard from a lot of people that they successfully quit smoking and all of them just decided to not touch them anymore, I feel like just smoking less isn't a good start if you really want to quit!
