What does it mean to follow Him? Do we do what people think it means and latch onto man’s doctrines that will lead to lawlessness? Or does it simply mean what Paul encourages the recipients of his letters to Corinth to do: “Imitate me, just as I also imitate Messiah.” I Corinthians 11:1. Follow the Messiah who walked in the way of our Heavenly Father. Matthew (Levi) knew what to do. He followed Him. Easy enough, right? His Way brings Life. Choose Life!

Hmmm... are we willing to drop everything that we are currently holding on to follow him? What do we find valuable that would hold us back if we were called to drop everything to follow him? What if one of those things that was holding us back was the way we thought? I have been called out on the way I think which was because my definitions were not correct. For example to love means that we don't remember past wrongs or we dont insist on our own way.
