Reminder 6-15-2020

Reminder...

Do you love Him? Any time the conversation of obedience to our Heavenly Father has come up in the last few years, it has been met with opposition. Usually one of the excuses is “that was for back then, but we obey Jesus now”, or something similar to that.
Okay, let’s search that.
Our Heavenly Father instructed us in what is pleasing to Him and how to love others. His Son, our Messiah, taught exactly the same thing, and He expounded on the understanding of these things or gave a more full definition (fulfilling), not replacing it. He also lived them as an example for us to follow. They were our Father’s words, not His own. Thus, if you guard the Son’s words, you should be guarding what our Heavenly Father has said from the beginning.

So... do you love Him?
