Ps. As much as I can completely appreciate your perspective on this, I personally do feel that the decentralisation experience is going to take over government itself, and at that point it will become the core program of our societies and less of a choice. (I am a volunteer for a team called Flux that are working on this very solution and we almost won a seat in the last state election here in Western Australia! www.voteflux.org if you wanna know more about it. )
