What a great video, thanks for sharing! I've been reading 'A New Earth' by Eckhart Tolle and so learning about the White Wind Wavespell is yet another reminder to be more present. Being still, truly listening and communicating is a great way to start our Gregorian New Year. Thanks for this wisdom!
