Cooling Off

The heat today is relentless, so I just strapped on my ice vest to chill my core down. Even with the AC on, it's still uncomfortably warm... Poor little air conditioner isn't cut out for this kind of weather 😝

I got this about a year or so ago, it's called the cool fat burner. Supposedly it "activates" brown fat which burns white fat or something. I'm not a scientist. What I do know is it's a great way to cool off fast!

What are some ways you keep cool?
