Important topic and surely one of the most deadly problems out there. I always have to laugh and cry at the same time when people say they want to improve there health and still smoke a pack of cigs a day.
Once I had a lady tell me how dangerous vaccines are since they contain so many toxins in her eyes. Ten minutes later I saw her in a small room with her kid and she was smoking and therefore hurting herself and her kid. Sad but true.
