yeah its to bad rules and regulations has created no progress. every house is built the same shitty way, safety and comfort lead to a docile and degenerative society, more conceded about grooming than procreation... should be an interesting 50 years ahead.
It is because now a days everyone is scared of getting sued, so politicians enforce building codes that have ridiculous standards.
