I think you need to pitch this to a cable park. It doesn't like a "coin" -- or a "credit" rather, centralized and highly business dependant as it is -- that I would ever have any interest in using.
It could be more than just wakeboaridng, it could be a coin for sports in general. It would still be tradable, mineable and what not. A coin that encourages you to just progress..
