We all wants to assume leaderahip, some have the basic tools to lead while several doesn't possess those tools. Both young and the Old could lead, leadership is not by age provided the individuals have the good qualities and not some pseudo skills based on their qualifications or circle of friends.

Some just decieve people and gain popularity with what they have done or doing for people around them, boasting the tiny efforts they put into a community doesn't make them a leader. The attributes of a good leader superceeds popularity, age, qualification, location or how much you own; it is the ability to lead and listen-follow and learn!

An authoritative leader is an imposer, a dogmatic clueless being which will explode like a time Bomb. The reason why some World leaders both dead and alive are still considered Ruthless and Moronic till date.

If you can't handle critics, then you are not even worthy to be a follower. A leader whose opinion is deemed the best and no other inputs is acceptable is not a leader, he or she is formidable and would be gullible, prone to making hasty and irrational decisions.

If you read this and have any of this attributes, you are not yet fit to be a leader; you need more years to be a follower then maybe acquire some skills to lead!
