When you receive a suspicious email (from someone you do not know), it is a good idea to do a google search for a section of the text. For instance when you search for "THIS IS NOT A JOKE - I AM DEAD SERIOUS!" you can see that this has been reported on bitcoinabuse.com by others. You could report the address if you want on this site but it will not do anything for the present. At some point in the future it might be possible for law enforcement be able to backtrack addresses that criminals have used.
