My advice is to order from a shop located in or around Karelia, Russia if you want the best pricing and least prior handling.
I ordered 150 grams of 20-40 gram pieces for $50. Direct from Ukraine. Be aware that there can be rust running in between the rocks, and some pieces might be brittle. Try to use the best pieces for water, and the rustier more brittle ones for energy clearing in other ways. Some people don't mind the rust. I prefer to use my cleanest, best pieces for water.

To clean and restore your shungite back to base frequencies, it is best to rinse the rocks in pure water and leave them out for a full 24 hours or more in the cleanest place you can find away from all things manufactured.
You can bury your shungite in the Earth, bring them up a mountain with You, place them in clean stream, anything like that with positive intentions of course! Shungite will magnify your natural vibration. Carry amplified love!
For deeper clearing, add himalayan salt or fresh lime/lemon juice to spring or distilled water, and place the Shungite in the Sun. Give it a good several hours or even a few days, until you feel the stored negative energies have been cleared. I like to "rinse" with fresh spring water and then "dry" with further time in the Sun.
