Finding a job is hard; There is really no other way to put it. You can spend months searching and looking for the perfect place for you, often becoming discouraged along the way. It’s easy to give up and it’s even easier to start doubting yourself and your abilities. Why doesn’t this company want me? Why are my qualifications not enough? After enough rejection, you’re just tired and ready to take whatever job will have you.

Well today, I’m telling you not to give up. You are good enough and the perfect job is out there for you. All you need is a little encouragement and a push in the right direction. This list consists of motivational videos of all kinds. From a little kid learning to ride a bike to a celebrity telling you to “just do it,” there is a little something here for everyone. Watch these videos, feel the energy, and go out there and conquer the job field! Maybe one day, you’ll be the one giving the motivational speech.

Kid Gives Speech After Learning to Ride a Bike

Learning to ride a bicycle is basically a rite of passage for most young children. It takes a lot of courage and perseverance to continuously get up on a bike and try not to tip over or fall off completely. It takes many tries and there are a lot of tears and scrapes along the way. When you finally accomplish it though, when you finally feel the wind in your hair and your feet off the ground, there is no feeling like it- just as this excited, passionate kid points out.

He has just ridden his bike by himself for the first time. He is elated and he wants to encourage everyone to face their fears and just “do it”. Most adults might watch this video and think “Oh, how cute,” but the message that this boy is preaching can be applied to more than just riding a bike.

For adults, finding a job is almost like learning how to ride a bike. It takes patience and time. There will be a lot of falls and rejections along the way, but, as this little kid points out, “YOU CAN DO IT!” He even has a thumbs up to encourage you along the way.

Steve Jobs Gives an Incredible Motivational Speech

Some people are extremely nervous about their future. Some of you are trying to figure out who you are and what your passion is, while others are desperately seeking that dream job in their creative field. We, and Steve Jobs, are here to tell you that everything is going to be all right!

You are a hardworking individual. You have studied the trade. You have built up the necessary technical and creative skills. Now it is time to show employers your value! We know hearing these encouraging words from a complete stranger may not be enough, so how about hearing these encouraging words from the familiar stranger who created your iPhone (or MacBook or whichever Apple product you most likely have).

Listen to the late Steve Jobs in this incredibly inspirational video! If Steve Jobs could make a multi-billion dollar company out of nothing, you can surely do anything you set your mind to.

We often miss out on opportunities for something great simply because we are afraid of uncertainty. We are afraid of humiliation, embarrassment, and failure. But what if you take the chance and you succeed? Take the chance, and you might find a path to the top of your goals.

If you are nervous about attending the career fair and speaking to some of the potential employers, this video will motivate you to take advantage of the opportunity and give it everything you have. Even if you feel as though you may not “succeed,” at least you know you gave it your best shot. As the saying goes, “you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”

We are often faced with challenges in our lives. Personal challenges, work related challenges, and emotional challenges all come in our path far too often. This video explains the importance of persistence and hard work. Through persistence, hard work, and belief, it is possible to overcome almost any obstacle.

“When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you will be successful.” This rings true in life, and in business. To get to the point where you are truly successful, however you may define successful, you must be willing to put things aside to attain it.

There are so many opportunities for potential employees to take a step toward success, but there are a lot of people fighting for these positions. How badly do YOU want it?

For the most part, many of us have been nurtured, sheltered, and shied away from the ugly truth that is failure. We have many different avenues in which we have people in our lives, whether it be friends, family, coworkers, or teachers, tell us everyday you can do it! But no one really stresses to JUST do it.

In this rather aggressive, and comical video, Shia LaBeouf goes borderline crazy in order to prove his point. Are you tired of starting over? THEN STOP GIVING UP! I mean, what else do we need? A good kick in the behind? So many are quick to sugar coat the truth, but honestly, sometimes we just need to be blunt about it.

Only YOU can inhibit your own success, stop waiting for others to come around and lead the way.

Yes, there are going to be bumps in the road. Yes, there will be others competing for your spot, but those are just excuses. Poor ones at that. Yesterday, you said tomorrow, so why not just do it today? We live in such a fast paced world, that we leave our dreams behind. Don’t let that happen to you. You can be the person you always envisioned yourself to be, you just have to do it.
