3 Rules to Healthy Living

For so many years I have read books on dieting, exercise, and happiness. I have also joined gyms, dance classes, and sports club. But here are the rules I learned which if I had just taken seriously at first, I wouldn't have had to spend money on those club and gym fees and facial treatments.

  1. The nutrients your skin needs are found in the foods you eat. So if you want a nicer skin, eat the right foods. The skin is just another excretory system. If you eat bad food, then expect them to be displayed on your skin.

  1. Exercise makes you happy... and sexy.

  2. Your brain is the most powerful organ in your body and the most powerful organ in the universe that we know of. So use your brain to think the right thoughts. Use your brain to its maximum potential. Fill it with helpful information, exercise it with good thinking methods.
