In social reality it is identified that almost everyone has a desire to be number one. Worse yet the ambitious person to be the leader hardly ever does an assessment and introspection of self or self-ability; whether able to be a leader, whether the self has the soul of the leader, whether self-capable of self-management and others, and so forth.

Regardless of the above logic, it is evident in the reality of many people who force themselves to be leaders in a public institution / institution-both in educational institutions and in bureaucracy. While the soul of leadership owned by the person concerned is no more as a mental mafia or group of gang drinking coffee. This condition can be analyzed from a number of leadership models that when the ruler is not able to lead, reconcile or unify all components of the nation, employees or subordinates. Preferably a priority and a hate to be sacrificed and scapegoated in all its policies, is dramatic and heartbreaking.

When these people are chosen and elected as leaders, it is possible to analyze a number of negative indicators generated when the power goes on. In reality the characteristics of stupid leaders, such as allergies to criticism, angry, inflammatory, non-authoritative, frank speech, policymaking made inconsistent, inconsistent, never self-introspective, never received input or opinions of others, likes to boast of self, likes to see the ugliness of others, and others. The law of karma will prevail while humans live. When someone hurts someone intentionally and consciously, just waiting for his reply will be hurt someday. Whereas if the leader is smart and clever in understanding the psychological condition of his work, perhaps there is no such 'rough' treatment. This is the phenomenon of the ignorant leader who does not know how to lead, but his ego is eager to rule beyond his capacity. As a result, all the scolding, chaotic or unbelievable chirp out there became the main menu every day not realized.

True like the old saying, "think first income, regret then not useful". Only leaders who are spirited leads who are able to interpret and understand the conditions of reality leadership. To interpret this usually exists in someone who is sincere, smart and smart.
