Feeling good is the number one most important goal you should have in every moment When you feel good you will feel more energetic and motivated. When you feel more energetic and motivated you are more likely to be active in doing things that you value and love which in turn makes you feel happier and healthier. The bottom line is that in order to align with the things you really value, believe in, and want in life you have to feel good first! As Wayne Dyer says, “There is no way to happiness; happiness is the way.”

Here are some sure ways to help you feel good:

  1. Smile all the time even if you are alone.
  2. Express gratitude to yourself and show appreciation to others.
  3. List all of your accomplishments and successes
  4. Set positive intentions and positive expectations
  5. Try new things; try different things; switch up your routine and schedule
  6. DO WHAT YOU LOVE TO DO
  7. Go for a walk outside; be in nature; be in the sun daily
  8. Listen to inspiring music, sing, dance, play an instrument
  9. Nurture yourself by nurturing all five senses
  10. Read about things that inspire you and help you feel good
  11. Write about your goals and visions
  12. Spend time with people that add value to your life and uplift you
  13. Maintain a healthy, fresh, nutritious, and complete eating regimen
  14. Do kind acts of service for others, those you know and those you don’t
  15. Give compliments, recognition, and praise to others..

Feeling good is a choice; it is your birthright to feel good every day.
