According to Good Country Index,

Sweden has been announced as the place place to live. Sweden scored the most scores among the countries for positive lifestyle contribution, according to the index which takes into account 53 different standards which also includes reports from world bank and United Nations.

You can also see how they measure the country progress, as it includes culture, international peace, Health, well being and prosperity as well as keeping in mind, how the act of country is not damaging climate and other nations.
