US Universal Basic Income in the 1970s
It's been a while since the necessity of "universal basic income started to be discussed ". Now, 8 countries have been doing basic income experiments. However, did you know in the U.S, a basic income was almost going to be implemented in the 1970s? This is a really bizarre episode of American history.
