Depression Overcome (circle of life)

Now a days, it's been observed that people are so much frustrated about their feelings, vision, future goals. Their life are surrounded by some incident and they discouraged themselves for just some simple issues. I have some of my friends who are facing the same but i got some effective way to get rid of this. Here are my top 4 observation and opinions :

  1. Smile: People are forgetting to give a simple smile which was pretty effective to make a friendly environment. While conversation between someone, make sure you make your positive approach with smile and that gives you the same outcome.

  2. Favourite stuff : Depression makes you lazy, helpless and mentally sick. But doing your favourite stuff like gardening, photography, cycling etc will surely pleased you and clear your mind and refreshing your thoughts like resetting yourself.

  3. Self esteem : In your life, you can't make everyone happy so the same thing happen to you, everyone is different in this world and they have individual perspective. Better you believe yourself and be honest what you are doing. People who are not treating you what you deserve, you never make them happy by showing anything with their favor. It's better to develop for yourself and move on.

  4. Care: While depression mode is on, everything seems difficult to you and your thinking power goes downward. That time is the best time to care yourself and find out your lacking. Mist of the time, people who are depressed, was not connected properly with their family person. So, by taking care of yourself, you should raise your awareness and care for your family too with responsibility. Believe that, it works very perfect. Family is the best chamber of happiness, never misjudge it, just get attached with it.
