Little Sister Graduating College Gift Idea Using Steem

Today is the day. 

My little sister is walking.

Not down the aisle, but down the middle of Spurrier Field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. 

She's graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. 

I could list how she skipped her senior year of high school, and made numerous social life and personal sacrifices to get a GPA of nearly 4.0.

(Final grades aren't posted yet.) 

She runs her own business and has made more in a month then the entire cost of my AA. 

We are deathly competitive. Meagan will be getting her BA a semester before me. 

She is the most incredible woman I know. She is my best friend and my greatest rival. And I wouldn't have it any other way. 

Which brings me to this post. 

Im turning anything I get from it into a gift for her. 

Not in the form of a flashy gift. She'd hate that. 

I want to give her financial security. 

I am going to squirrel away the steem earned and put it aside for her. When Steem explodes I am going to surprise her. 

She can chase her dreams no matter how big or mundane. She can see the world or put a down payment on her first house.

 Up to her. 

She'll probably get emotional and cry a little. Being the big brother I am I'll tease her for getting teary eye. 

And as I hug her I'm going to try and hold in my tears.

This person is the one that made think I can do anything. She's the reason I steem. 

And I probably will cry today. 

But only a little.
